It’s important for us to keep healthy. Only we are healthy then we can have chance to be happy and do many things. We should spend some time taking exercises, but too much sports may make us tired. Another way of keeping healthy is eating more fruit and vegetables. I have practiced swimming for a few years, I am happy because I am healthy.
